Move Your Body: 2-16 Dec

Are your feet itching to just get up and dance? Then this 3-week dance series is just thing for you. Dance instructors Jess and Sarah are teaming up Wednesday nights in December to lead dancers of all experience levels in a free-form solo jazz “class”. Move Your Body is part dance party, part solo jazz class. Less thinking, more moving!
In that spirit, all the class material is beginner-friendly, so newbies are most welcome. No prior dance experience is needed. You will learn by doing! For those who have never been to a vernacular jazz class, picture a virtual version of something like this.
The 60-minute classes will be held over Zoom at 6pm – we will email you the login details once you book. Book the series by Sunday, 29 November, to get the Early Bird rate (R200 for the full 3 weeks). Tickets go up to R270 on Monday.
Class dates are: 2 Dec, 9 Dec, and 16 Dec. Sessions will be recorded and made available if you miss a class.
- Wear comfy shoes
- Have a water bottle (and probably a towel) on hand
- Show up on time!
