Chorus Line with Yana!

In the 1930s, a chorus line was traditionally an all-women group of dancers that performed on stage with live bands. Later in history, it became gender mixed. Chorus lines were an important source of inspiration for Authentic Jazz Dance, because the chorus line choreographers were creating new steps every week.

Get yourself familiar with tricky solo jazz steps and the team spirit of a chorus line. All genders welcome! Learn a choreography and perform it after 8 weeks of practice!

Your choreographer, always inspired by original dancers – Yana Sanamyantz

About Yana:
Yana is a jazz (swing) dancer, performer, teacher and DJ. She grew up surrounded by jazz and discovered dancing much later. She fell in love with the swing dance scene from her first lindy hop lesson and started devoting all her time to music and dancing. Raised with love in the Moscow Swing Dance Society, she soon became a teacher there and, within a few years, started to travel as an international dance instructor. Yana shares joy, respect and love for the dance with her students in everything she does.
